Hello! My name is Fatlinda Bytyqi, but I go by Linda since my full name is difficult to pronounce correctly. My name was given to me by my mother which stands for “Lucky”

I’m from Kosovo which is small country in Eastern Europe near Macedonia, Serbia, and Albania. Just to briefly explain my childhood; My family and I had to escape the war that was going on within my birth country when I was very little. We Migrated to Canada which has been an opportunity for a new beginning. With struggles throughout my childhood growing up as an immigrant, I came to a breaking point where I eventually broke down when I was about 19 years old. At this point I told myself that something has to change.

After being determined to make a difference in my life and in my family’s life, I soon found myself and my purpose, Which was entrepreneurship, real estate and teaching people. With non-stop work pulling in 60-70 hour weeks, for months at a time. One year after my life changing moment I finally managed to purchase my first property at 20 years old.

I have been investing, flipping, and wholesaling for almost 3 years now! Feels way longer than 3 years! I have met all kinds of people in the business and have learnt so much so I now want to share my knowledge with you and help you slowly build your own Real Estate Empire. We all deserve to live the life we want. It's time to let go of your past and take action now for a bigger and brighter future.
